When entering the Site, you are given an opportunity to enter your email address.  By doing so, you are agreeing to be bound by the Privacy Policy and the other terms of use displayed at the Site, and you are consenting to the collection and use of Personal Data as described in the Privacy Policy. In addition, by registering your email address with the Site you will participate in a Data Millennium LLC e-mail list server.  You may unsubscribe from these e-mail list servers by requesting Data Millennium LLC remove your email address from all records in the Site. Information Collected through Online Data Entry

The site provides you with the ability to enter data. If you enter any Personal Data apart from Personal Data we specifically request from you are doing so at your own discretion and with the understanding that Data Millennium LLC provides no guarantee of privacy or protection of such data. It is a condition of the Site that you will not enter any Personal Data of a natural person other than yourself.

3.2 Personal Data You Provide To Third Parties On Our Site. Please note that we use certain third party service providers on our Site to enhance your experience or deliver certain services. These providers may collect Personal Data about you in performing their services and/or functions on our Site. We have a legitimate interest in using such information to assist in log-in, systems administration purposes, information security and abuse prevention, to track user trends, and to analyze the effectiveness of our Site. 3.3.1 a) Log Files On Our Site. The information inside the log files includes internet protocol (“IP”) addresses, type of browser, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, referring/exit pages, clicked pages and any other information your browser may send to us.

3.3.1 b) Cookies.  We do not use cookies, but our Third Party service providers may use them to make interactions with our Site easy and meaningful. When you visit our Site, these Third Party servers may send a cookie to your computer. You must consult the Third Party service providers listed above to understand how they use cookies.

3.3.1 d) Analytics Software Tools. We use Google Analytics on our Site to help us analyze the traffic on our Site. By using a browser plugin http://www.google.com/ads/preferences/plugin/provided by Google, you can opt out of Google Analytics.

4. The Purposes for Which We Use Personal Data

We do not control our business partners’ or sponsors’ use of Personal Data we collect, and their use of the information will be in accordance with their own privacy policies.
5.3. Advertising.  We engage advertising services to assist us in advertising our brand and Site.  From time to time, those services target advertisements on third-party websites based on cookies or other information.
5.4. In the Event of Merger, Sale, or Change of Control. We may transfer or assign this Privacy Policy and any Personal Data to a third party entity that acquires or is merged with us as part of a merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control.

7.2. Opting-Out of Promotional Emails. You may choose not to receive future promotional or advertising emails from us by selecting an unsubscribe or “Manage Your Subscription” link at the bottom of each email that you receive from us, or by responding to the emails directly and requesting removal if such a link is not available. Additionally, you may send a request specifying your communications preferences
to info@DataMillennium.com. Customers cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails related to their account with us or our services. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving the foregoing emails, we may still send you a response to any “Contact Us” request as well as administrative, maintenance and operational emails (for example, in connection with a password reset request).

8. Personal Data Transferred from the EU, UK or Switzerland To The United States
Data Millennium LLC complies with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework and Swiss-US Privacy Shield Framework  (collectively, “Privacy Shield”) as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of Personal Data from European Union (the “EU”) member countries and Switzerland. Data Millennium LLC has not certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy
Shield Principles of Notice, Choice, Accountability for Onward Transfer, Security, Data Integrity, Purpose Limitation, Access, Recourse, Enforcement, and Liability. DO NOT USE OUR SITE IF THIS IS A CONCERN TO YOU.

Notwithstanding the above with respect to the Privacy Shield Principles, Data Millennium LLC commits to resolve complaints about your privacy and our collection or use of Personal Data about you. 9.Data
The security of Personal Data is important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Data submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

10. Children’s Privacy
Our Site is intended for adult users only, and we do not target, solicit the participation of, and/or provide services to children under the age of 13 and/or minors under the age of
18. Accordingly, we do not intend to collect, and do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone we know to be under 18 years of age.  If you are under the age of 18, you must secure and submit to us verifiable written consent from your parent or guardian before accessing or using the Site. Data Millennium LLC does not track Site users over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising. Accordingly, we do not currently respond or take any action with respect to web browser “do not track” signals or other mechanisms that provide consumers the ability to exercise choice regarding the collection of Personal Data about an individual consumer’s online activities over time and across third-party
websites or online services.
